Good composition, excellent colors and overall very beautiful. I love her hair.

One tip though, if I may - keep an eye on the edges, try and blend them into background. Both the dress and balloon - soft smudge and burn (in case the background is dark) works as such.

Balloon looks very good. So this worked. Great. (I'm only learning these things myself and it's pretty hard to say via internet what would work...)

Dress is harder, this I admit. White on dark background IS a pain in the ass.

Mmm....let me think...

Okay - on the backside where light hits it, you could try and use lighten (whatever the option going along with burn is called...I can never remember), but set it for low opacity and some soft and small brush.

Other parts of the dress, where shadows are, try and set burn to low opacity (below 10) and go over it with soft brush, creating some shadows...

That ought to improve it. If you try this out, let me know. This is such a beautiful picture, let's try and make it as purrrrfect as possible
